We all love fireworks so much...and last evening we were able to camp out for a couple of hours in a parking lot to watch a local, small-town firework display. We had never watched fireworks in this particular town before, so we didn't know what to expect. But it turned out to be the most fantastic twenty-minute-long firework show any of us had ever seen! Fireworks remind us of freedom, of history, of togetherness. Watching them light up the sky brings back vivid memories of many summer nights spent with friends and family eagerly anticipating those vibrant colors and loud, echoing "booms" [as Shiloh calls them!] that are so heart warming to us, as Americans who love any reason to celebrate...especially so the birth and independence of our country. :)
