Sara Kate's {First} Birthday

Sara Kate turned one year old last Friday... I remember that on the day Sara was born it was very rainy, our friend Aleita was visiting, and since Mom was in the hospital with kidney stones again, I had the privilege of assisting the midwife with her birth! It was a very interesting day, but Sara's safe arrival made it special...and we just loved her to pieces. ;D And now she's grown up so much {although she is petite--she looks like she's only 10 months or so...} We love you, Sara Katie.

Spencer [8 weeks]

The little man is growing sooo much, cooing, and even beginning to really smile at us {haven't quite caught that on camera yet!}.

This week nearly everyone in our family has had some form of rsv//sinus infection.  For some of us it's been going on for a couple of weeks, but what can we expect with weather such as ours?? Although we're not quite over it, we're all doing much better... :D

Also, this week Dad started working part-time at The Home Depot in the lumber department, Sara Katie celebrated her first birthday, and Stefanie began a courtship with Ethan Rodgers...a dear friend of ours that we've known for a couple of years.  To say that we're happy, excited, and blessed is surely an understatement! ;D We'll keep you updated!
